Space allocation for the bedroom and closet areas is compromised while the kitchen living areas are expansive in my opinion.

In many ways the interior and exterior of this project is excellent. Some issues with the space allocation in some units is contributing to sales but solutions are in place. Glad you liked it… and come anytime!

I love the facade colors, what a statement! The moving walls are brilliant, especially in such small spaces.

Great to hear from you, Jake. You can see the moving wall in the 3rd photo. The neighborhood reaction to the exterior colors is very mixed. Like you, I think the facade is exciting and will be a nice addition to our gray skies in the coming months. Faith

This is an amazing design! I love the facade of the building—red is very nice in there! Only I’m a bit concerned with the sliding walls; does the door glide on a ball barring mechanism, or is it on a flat surface rollers (note that later one lasts longer, because during a material-with-material movements it doesn’t cause a damage on either surface of materials.) Another issue may be the noise coming from the kitchen—but this isn’t a big issue, especially with nowa days silent appliances
