I am passionate about color, and yes, it does change everything. Especially in an interior design project, the mood and feeling is altered by the colors selected. To get you in the mood, I have Target and Weiden Kennedy to thank for saying it SO well.

What happens when you color your ceiling? The mood and feeling of the room is altered so if you paint a ceiling, know in advance the mood you want to create. Here are two examples:
